• Customer Data: Shipping addresses, order history, and support messages when Customers place orders.
• Usage Data: Technical details (IP address, browser type) and activity logs to power and improve the Platform.
• Cookies & Tracking: Small files that remember your preferences and help with analytics (read more below).

2. How We Use Your Information

We put your data to work so you don’t have to worry:

• Run and secure your storefront (authentication, fraud prevention).
• Process orders and payments smoothly.
• Provide customer support and personalized insights.
• Analyze trends to roll out new features and enhancements.

• Account Deletion: Close your Merchant or Customer account from the Settings page; we’ll erase your personal data within 30 days, except where required for legal reasons.

Our service is not intended for under-18s. We do not knowingly collect data from minors—if we learn we have, we’ll delete it immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. Changes appear here with a revised “Effective date.” We’ll notify Merchants by email for major updates.
