1. What We Offer

KuzaDuka gives you a ready-made online & in-store shop, real-time inventory sync, built-in sales analytics, and your own custom domain or subdomain. We’re here to make selling effortless.

2. Your Commitment

• Be 18+ or have parental approval and able to enter into business agreements.
• Provide accurate info when you register—this helps us keep your store running smoothly.
• Keep your login credentials safe so your store stays secure.

3. Fair Use & Content Standards

You retain ownership of your product images, descriptions and branding. Just make sure everything you post complies with laws and doesn’t infringe on others’ rights.

4. Fees & Billing

• Choose the plan that fits: Starter, Growth or Pro. You’ll find full details on our Pricing page.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance—monthly or annually.
• If you ever need to pause or cancel, you can do so any time from your Dashboard.

5. Our Uptime Promise

We aim for 99.9% server availability so your shop stays open. If we ever miss the mark, we’ll make it right.

6. Data & Privacy

Your data powers your storefront—and we treat it with respect. We collect only what we need and safeguard it under our Privacy Policy.

7. Support & Updates

Need help? Our support team is on standby via live chat in your Dashboard or at kuzadukahelp@gmail.com. We roll out new features and patches automatically—no action needed on your part.

8. Limited Liability (The Boring Bit)

While we’re committed to excellence, we can’t cover losses beyond the fees you pay us. In other words, our liability is limited to the amount of your subscription in the prior month—so you always know where you stand.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Kenyan law. If we ever disagree, we’ll work to resolve it together first—otherwise Nairobi courts have the final say.
